• Uploaded ECU files (.bin) for tuning service delivery
• Payment notifications (amount, sender, IBAN last 4)
• IP address and approximate location (country/city) for login security
• Credit balance and order history
• In-site activity logs for signed-in users (pages visited, buttons clicked; form input values are never recorded) — kept for 30 days

Your data is used solely to provide ECU tuning services, process payments, and deliver tuned files. In-site activity logs and login IP/location data are used for customer support and service/security improvement. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Uploaded files and order history are kept for 2 years. In-site activity logs (pages visited, buttons clicked) are automatically deleted after 30 days. You may request deletion at any time.
